Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website and requesting an appointment with South Florida 3D Ultrasound, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request a booking.
Keepsake, non-diagnostic service
South Florida 3D Ultrasound provides elective, non-diagnostic ultrasound sessions for bonding and keepsake purposes only. We do not diagnose medical conditions, comment on fetal health, or provide medical advice. Our sessions do not replace the diagnostic ultrasounds and prenatal care provided by your OB or midwife, and you agree to remain under their care throughout your pregnancy.
Appointment requests
Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. Brooke will contact you to confirm availability, date, time, and any travel details. Appointment times, packages, and pricing are subject to confirmation and may change. Prior to your session you will be asked to review and sign an informed consent and liability waiver.
Image quality & rescans
The images obtained during a session depend on baby's position, gestational age, and other factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee specific images or gender determination. A complimentary rescan may be offered at our discretion when image quality is limited.
Payment, cancellations & travel fees
Payment is collected at the time of your visit unless otherwise agreed. Mobile appointments may include a travel fee based on your location, as noted on our pricing and service-area pages. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the time to another family.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Florida 3D Ultrasound is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our keepsake sessions. Because our sessions are non-diagnostic, we are not responsible for medical conditions that are not detected during a keepsake visit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
