What we collect
When you submit an appointment request we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred location, and appointment preferences. We may also collect basic, non-identifying usage data from your visit to the site.
How we use it
We use your information solely to schedule, confirm, and communicate with you about your visit to South Florida 3D Ultrasound. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your request is delivered to Brooke by email and stored so we can manage your booking. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver these notifications (for example, our hosting and email delivery providers). They only process your information on our behalf.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels on this site, so there is nothing for you to opt in or out of. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and provide any required choices at that time.
Data retention
We keep appointment request information only as long as needed to serve you and for our own records, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for expectant parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
This page is provided for general information and is not legal advice. Final privacy language should be reviewed before launch.
